肺癌患者外周血CK20 mRNA LUNX mRNA表达与肺癌微转移的相关性

摘    要:目的探讨肺癌患者外周血细胞角蛋白20 mRNA、肺特异性X蛋白mRNA表达与肺癌微转移的相关性.方法将55例肺癌患者设为肺癌组,55例肺部良性病变患者设为对照组,对其外周血细胞角蛋白20 mRNA、肺特异性X蛋白mRNA表达采用逆转录聚合酶链式反应进行检测分析.结果肺癌组外周血细胞角蛋白20 mRNA、肺特异性X蛋白mRNA表达显著高于对照组(P<0.01).不同分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移情况肺癌患者外周血细胞角蛋白20 mRNA、肺特异性X蛋白mRNA表达比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中低分化程度患者高于中高分化患者,临床分期为Ⅲ期/Ⅳ期患者高于Ⅰ期/Ⅱ期患者,淋巴结转移患者高于无转移患者.肺癌患者外周血细胞角蛋白20 mRNA、肺特异性X蛋白mRNA表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期均呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与分化程度均呈显著负相关(P<0.05).结论肺癌患者外周血细胞角蛋白20 mRNA、肺特异性X蛋白mRNA呈高表达,与肺癌微转移、临床分期呈显著正相关,与分化程度呈显著负相关.

Abstract:Objective To analyze the relationship between CK20 mRNA and LUNX mRNA expression in peripheral blood of lung cancer patients and lung cancer micrometastases.Methods 55 patients with lung cancer were assigned to the lung cancer group and 55 patients with benign lung lesions were assigned to the control group.The expressions of CK20 mRNA and LUNX mRNA in peripheral blood were detected by RT-PCR.Results The expression of CK20 mRNA and LUNX mRNA in peripheral blood of lung cancer group was higher than that of control group(P<0.01).There were statistically significant differences in peripheral blood CK20 mRNA and LUNX mRNA expression in patients with lung cancer with different degrees of differentiation,clinical stag and lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).Among them,patients with low differentiation were higher than those with high differentiation.Patients with clinical stageⅢ/Ⅳwere higher than those of stageⅠ/Ⅱ.Patients with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without metastasis.The expressions of CK20 mRNA and LUNX mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer were significantly positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P<0.01),and were significantly negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation(P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of CK20 mRNA and LUNX mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer is highly expressed.It is significantly positively correlated with lung cancer micrometastasis and clinical stage,and significantly negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation.
