坦度螺酮联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗广泛性焦虑障碍疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨坦度螺酮联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响.方法将80例广泛性焦虑障碍患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例.两组均予以坦度螺酮治疗,观察组在此基础上联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗,观察8周.于治疗前后采用汉密顿焦虑量表、临床疗效总评量表病情严重程度分量表评定临床疗效,副反应量表评定不良反应,生活质量综合评定问卷评定患者的生活质量.结果治疗4周末起观察组汉密顿焦虑量表的躯体性焦虑因子分及临床疗效总评量表病情严重程度分量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),生活质量综合评定问卷总分及躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活状态因子分显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);治疗8周末观察组汉密顿焦虑量表总分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),生活质量综合评定问卷的社会功能因子分显著高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后两组副反应量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论坦度螺酮联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗广泛性焦虑障碍疗效显著,能显著改善患者的焦虑情绪,提高其生活质量.

Efficacy of tandospirone combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder and its effect on the quality of life

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of tandospirone combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder and its effect on the quality of life.Methods 80 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with tandospirone,and the observation group was combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation on this basis for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,HAMA and CGI-SI were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy,TESS was used to evaluate adverse reactions,and GQOL-74 was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients.Results After treatment for 4 weeks,the physical anxiety factor score of HAMA and CGI-SI score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01),GQOL-74 total score and physical function,psychological function,and material life status factor score were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).The total score of HAMA in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at the end of the 8th week of treatment(P<0.01),and the social function factor score of GQOL-74 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of the adverse reaction scale between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions Tandospirone combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation has a significant effect on treating generalized anxiety disorder,which can significantly improve patients'anxiety and improve their quality of life.
