精神分裂症患者血清一氧化氮与血糖血脂水平的相关性

目的探讨精神分裂症患者血清一氧化氮与血糖、血脂水平的相关性.方法将50例精神分裂症患者设为研究组,50名健康志愿者设为对照组,检测两组血清一氧化氮、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油水平,对检测结果进行统计分析.结果研究组血清一氧化氮、空腹血糖、三酰甘油水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);研究组血清一氧化氮水平与空腹血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油水平均无相关性(r=-0.038、-0.014、-0.034,P>0.05).结论精神分裂症患者一氧化氮、血糖、血脂存在代谢障碍问题,但一氧化氮水平与血糖、血脂水平无统计学相关性.

Correlation between serum nitric oxide and blood glucose and lipid levels in patients with schizophrenia

Objective To explore the relationship between serum nitric oxide and blood glucose and lipid levels in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 50 patients with schizophrenia were seen as the study group and 50 healthy volunteers were seen as the control group.Serum nitric oxide,fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,and triacylglycerol levels were measured in two groups,and the test results were statistically analyzed.Results The levels of serum nitric oxide,fasting blood glucose and triacylglycerol in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).There was no correlation between serum nitric oxide level and fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol and triacylglycerol levels in the study group(r=-0.038,-0.014,-0.034,P>0.05).Conclusions Schizophrenia patients have metabolic problems with nitric oxide,blood glucose,and lipids,but there is no statistical correlation between nitric oxide levels and blood glucose and blood lipid levels.
