生脉散对阿霉素大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用

摘    要:阿霉素(ADR)并ig生脉散生药5g/kg组大鼠阿霉素毒性症状较之ADR组出现较晚,发生充血性心力衰竭例数较少,且心肌病理改变明显较轻。阿霉素对大鼠全血GSH-Px 活性及心肌SOD活性有明显抑制作用,并可使心肌组织内MDA含量增加。ADR并服用生脉散组大鼠全血GSH-Px、心肌SOD活性较单用阿霉素组增高,心肌DMA含量较单用ADR组大鼠减少,提示生脉散对阿霉素心肌毒性有对抗作用,其机理可能与其抗自由基反应有关。

Abstract:The protective effects of Shengmai San against myocardial damage of adriamycin(ADR) in rats were studied.The results showed that the general toxic signs of ADR in Sengmai San group were occurred later than those in ADR group, the cases of congestive heart failure in Shengmai San group were less than that in ADR group, and the cardiac lesions were significantly milder in rats supplemented with Shengmai San than those received ADR only.The GSH Px activities in blood and the SOD activities in heart homogenates in Shengmai San group were significantly higher than that in ADR group (P<0.01).The MDA level in heart homogenates in Shengmai San group was significantly lower than that in ADR group (P<0.01).The results indicated that myocardial damage of ADR might be protected by Shengmai San treatment.These suggested that protective mechanism of Shengmai San to myocardial damage of ADR might be related to its antagonism on free radicals.
