| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法 :将 5 0例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分成两组 ,两组均采用综合治疗 ,观察组加用布地奈德 (普米克令舒 )雾化吸入 ,对治疗后症状、体征改善时间进行比较。结果 :观察组缓解喘憋、缩短哮鸣音持续时间均明显优于对照组。结论 :布地奈德雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎有效、安全、方便 ,明显加快治愈过程。可以作为治疗毛细支气管炎的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of the inhalation budesonide on bronchiolitis Methods: 50 cases of bronchiolitis were devided into two groups randomly Both groups were treated with synthetic therapy 25 cases in observed group were assist treated with budesonide inhalation The clinical effects were evaluated in both groups after the treatment Result: The group with inhaled budesonide is superior to the control group in relieving asthma and shortening the wheezing sound. Conclusion: Budesonide inhalation is effective, safe and convienent to treat bronchiolitis It can be one of effective way's in the treatment of bronchiolitis |
