| 摘 要： | 观察三苯氧胺在创伤性牙周炎形成中的作用，方法在拟形成大鼠创伤性牙周炎的过程中，试验性大鼠服用三苯氧胺，然后进行临床指标观察、组学观察以及雌、孕激素受体免疫组化观察。结果给药组牙龈指数值、牙周袋深度值明显低于牙周炎组，二者间有极显著性差异，经免疫组化ＳＰ法观察，给药组雌激素受体，孕激素受体阳性率明显低于牙周炎组，二者间有显著性差异。结论口服三苯氧胺春务性周炎的形成过程中具有一定的抑制效应，从而提示用 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of tamoxifen in the forming process of periodontitis with wound.Methods In the forming process of periodontitis with wound of rats,researching on the results of clinical index observation,histology observation and immunohistochemistry observation of estrogen receptor and pogesterone receptor.Results The gingival index(GI) and periodontal deep(PD) of rats of the group by feeding tamoxifen is obviously less than those of the periodontal group.There exists obvious difference between these two groups( P <0 01);The positive rates of estrogen receptor(ER) and pregnant hormone receptor(PR) of group by feeding tamoxifen is obviously less than those of the periodontal group( P <0 05) using immunohistochemistry SP method.Conclusion In the forming process of periodontitis with wound of rats,tamoxifen has inhibition in a certain extent.Consequently it is suggested that treatment of periodontitis by endocrine method be meaningful.
