| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃溃疡患者血液中瘦素与神经肽Y（NPY）的变化及其在发病中的作用。方法 用放射免疫法检测48例胃溃疡溃疡组和79例健康体检者（癌素正常对照组和NPY正常对照组）血液中瘦素和NPY的浓度。结果 胃溃疡组和正常对照组的瘦素和体脂呈正相关（P=0．678，P=0．000；P=0．557，P=0．000），但瘦素和NPY间无相关性（P=0．009，P=0．951）。胃溃疡组瘦素、NPY水平显著低于瘦素正常对照组及NPY正常对照组（P=0．000；P=0．005）。结论 瘦素、NPY可能参与了胃溃疡的发病。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate serum leptin and plasm neuropeptide Y(NPY)levels in patients with gastric ulcer. Methods The serum leptin and plasma NPY were detected in 48 patients with gastric ulcer and 79 normal controls by radioimmunoassay. Results Serum leptin was positively correlated with percentage of body fat both in patient group and control group(P=0.678, P=0.000;P=0.557, P=0.000). But there was no correlation between leptin and NPY in patient group(P=0.009, P=0.951). Serum leptin and NPY levels in patients with gastric ulcer were significantly lower than those in control group(P=0.000; P=0.005). Conclusion Leptin and NPY may be involved in the pathogenesis of gastric ulcer. |
