| Abstract: | The question ＂whether comprehensive Management by Objectives （MBO） is outdated ＂ was discussed in this paper. Thorough analysis of the relationship between MBO and other management was also carried out. It was pointed out that the characteristics of MBO in hospital management at the present stage were beyond the initial theoretical meaning. The scientific atti- tude to look at management theory and methods were indicated at the same time. |
