内镜下食管静脉曲张硬化治疗的观察及护理

１９９２￣１９９５年对２０例食管静脉曲张并发上消化道大出血病人进行５６例次硬化治疗。重点阐述了治疗前应作好病人的准备，器械及药品的准备。治疗中应掌握注射硬化剂的速度均匀，观察病情。治疗后应重点观察不良反应及并发症的发生，以便早期处理。

The Observation and Nursing Care after Endoscopic Sclerotherapy for Esophageal Varices

From 1992 to 1995, 20 patients with esophageal varices complicated with upper gastrointestinal tract were treated by endoscopic sclerotherapy. The authors emphatically discussed the instrumental and medicinal preparation before the operation. During the operation,the injection speed of sclerosing agents should be consistent, with the patient' s condition intensively monitored. Post-operatively, the emphasis should be put on the observation of side-effects and complications in order to initiate the treatment as early as possible.
