一次性造口袋用于肠外瘘患者引流肠液的临床观察

目的：观察一次性造口袋用于肠外瘘病人引流肠液的临床效果。方法：对18例肠外瘘病人使用一次性造口袋引流肠液（实验组）与2008年前18例采用单纯放置引流管引流肠液（对照组）进行分组对比。结果：对照组出现红肿糜烂18例,伤口敷料污染14例,衣物污染14例,病人下床活动受限,护理工作强度大。实验组出现皮肤红肿糜烂3例,伤口敷料污染2例,衣物污染2例,病人可下床活动,降低了护理工作强度。两组对比有明显差异性,P〈0.05。结论：一次性造口袋应用于肠外瘘病人,在引流肠液的同时起到保护皮肤作用,增加病人舒适度,提高病人满意度,减轻护理工作量,收到良好临床效果。

Clinical Observation of Sackmaking with Single Use Intestinal Perforation in Patients with Drainage Intestine Fluid

Objective：To observe the effect of sackmaking with single use intestinal perforation in patients with drainage intestine fluid.Method：The test group,18 cases,were treated with sackmaking of single use intestinal perforation in patients with drainage intestine fluid.The control group,18 cases,were treated with a innocent draining tube to drain intestine fluid.Result：In control group 18 cases occurred red and swollen fast,14 cases occurred cut dressing pollution and 14 cases occurred clothing and other articles of daily use pollution,and patients in this group were difficult in moving about after operation,needed more nursing than in test group.In experimental group,3 cases occurred skin res and swollen fast in the test group,2 cases occurred cut dressing pollution,2 cases occurred clothing and other articles of daily use pollution.It is easy for the patients to move about.There was significant statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Sackmaking with single use intestinal perforation in patients with drainage intestine fluid can protect the skin in draining intestine fluid,adding to the comfort of the patients,improving the patients’ degree of satisfaction.While,hours for each nursing can reduce,the efficiency of nursing care will improve significantly.
