| 摘 要： | 目的探讨B超引导下经皮肝穿刺活检术对肝占位性病变的诊断价值。方法在实时超声显像引导下,对38例肝占位的患者经皮穿刺活检,进行细胞学和组织病理学检查。结果37例穿刺成功,1例因取材组织少致活检失败,术后未发生出血、继发感染等并发症。结论B超引导肝穿刺活检术是一种值得推广的安全高效的肝占位性病变诊检技术。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound guided percutaneous needle biopsy of the liver neoplasm. MethodsThirty-eight patients with liver neoplasms received ultrasound guided percutaneous needle biopsy and the obtained samples were undergone cytological and pathological examination. ResultsThirty-seven patients had a successful biopsy and another one patient failed to get enough specimens.No hemorrhage,infection or pneumothorax was found in the patients.
