| 摘 要： | 在含有Ap的LB琼脂平板,接种适宜稀释度的Ap敏感菌,并点种携带有抗Ap基因质粒的Ap抗性菌,共同培养,可形成“卫星现象”的生长状态。本文探讨了“卫星现象”的形成条件及其遗传机理。 |

| Abstract: | The appropriatly diluted bacteria sensible to ampicillin (Ap) were inceulated in a culture plate containing LB agar medium and then the isolated bacteria which carried a plasmid containing a gene resistant to Ap were inoculated in the same plate. A growing pattern called "satellite phenomenon" appeared afterincubation. The article discussed the formation of the "satellite phenomenon"and the mechanism of heredity. |
