| 摘 要： | 目的探讨一种对某些较复杂的上颌窦占位病变手术进路的有效方法。方法采用经鼻内窥镜下经犬齿窝和中鼻道联合进路的方法切除上颌窦占位病变。结果经随访1年以上,无1例复发,上颌窦自然口无封闭。结论采用双进路切除上颌窦占位病变,视野清晰,手术快捷,肿瘤切除彻底,疗效好,有较好的临床应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss a sort of efficiency operation method to some rather perplexed maxillary sinus anticipates pathological changes. Method Adopting choanal atresia to ablate 51 cases with maxillary sinus well ordered anticipate pathological changes by canine nest and mid nasal road. None recrudesce through visiting sufferer abve one year. Naturalness orifice has no obturated in maxillary sinus. Proved clinic merits with adopting double route ablate maxillary sinus well ordered anticipate pathological changes because of view in focus, operation shortcut, knub ablate quite, and curative effect fine. |
