| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨甲状腺功能亢进患者心脏储备功能.方法 应用负荷超声测定甲状腺功能亢进患者射血分数,左室收缩、舒张末期横径及其各参数运动前后差值,并与正常对照组进行比较分析.结果 甲状腺功能亢进患者心脏储备功能较正常对照组明显下降(P<0.01).结论 甲状腺功能亢进患者心脏储备功能的下降是左心功能早期改变的一种表现.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the cardiac reserve of patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods The ejection fraction(EF),the difference of left ventricular end-systolic and diastolic short dimensions before and after exercise were measured and calculated.A comparative analysis of these indicators of patients and controls was performed.Results Cardiac reserve of patients with hyperthyroidism was significantly lower than those without hyperthyroidism(P<0.01).Conclusion The decrease of cardiac reserve of patients with hyperthyroidiasm is a manifestation of early change of left ventricular function |
