乙型肝炎血清标志物少见模式分析

目的对几种乙型肝炎血清标志物（HBVM）少见模式进行分析,探究可能原因。方法将酶联免疫吸附试验法（ELISA）定性检测（两种试裁）为少见模式的标本,用时间分辨荧光免疫分析法（TRFIA）进行乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）5项指标测定,HBsAg弱反应性标本应用中和试验进行检测,同时参考聚合酶链反应（PCR）HBV DNA检测的结果进行综合分析。结果临床ELISA法检浸5标本0．22％为少见模式,ELISA、TRFIA两种方法检测结果有一定差异,ELISA法出现假阳性的可能性高于TRFIA法。5例HBsAg弱反应性标本中和试验确认阳性2例。结论机体免疫的自然进程、检测方法本身的局限性、HBV变异株再感染都可能导致HBVM检测结果出现少见模式,应使用不同的方法和中和试验进行进一步检测。

Ananysis on the rare several serum markers of hepatitis B

Objective To analyze the rare several serum markers of hepatitis B model and explore its possible causes. Methods The qualitative detection of unusual patterns of specimens was conducted by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）, and then time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay （TRFIA） was carried out for the deterruination of HBV five indicators. At the same time, weak reactive HBsAg applications and test samples for neutral experiment, including polymerase chain reaction （PCR HBV DNA ）test results were carried out and under comprehensive analysis. Results The rare model among the clinical specimens tested by ELISA assay counted for 0. 22%, and there were of some differences about the results detected by ELISA method and TRFIA method respectively. The possibility of false-positive tested by ELISA is higher than that by TRFIA law. Conclusion The natural immune process, the detection method itself, and the limitations of mutant hepatitis B virus re--infection may lead to the occurrence of the rare modle in serological markers of hepatitis B examination. So the application of different methods and neutral experiment are necessary in order to carry out further tests and experiments.
