神经内科患者院内感染调查分析及护理对策

目的：分析神经内科患者发生的院内感染原因,为控制院内感染提供依据。方法选汕头大学医学院第一附属医院神经内科2010年6月~2011年6月57例患者发生的院内感染进行调查分析。结果进行侵入性操作、预防应用抗生素、年龄大、意识障碍或昏迷等患者发生率高。结论减少患者体内外易感因素,合理使用药物,可以减少或避免院内感染的发生。

Investigation and analysis of neurology patients nosocomial infection and nursing countermeasure

Objective To analyze the cause of nosocomial infection among patients of neurology department and provide the basis for controlling nosocomial infection. Methods Fifty-seven patients with nosocomial infection from neurology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College between June 2010 and June 2011 were investigated and analyzed. Results Most nosocomial infection happened in the patients accepted invasive operation, preventive antibiotics treatment, or with old age, disturbance of consciousness/coma. Conclusion The reduction of in vivo and in vitro risk factors of the patient and the rational use of drugs may reduce or avoid nosocomial infection.
