我国婴儿死亡率影响因素的灰色关联分析

目的]分析影响婴儿死亡率(infant mortality rate,IMR)水平的主要因素,为进一步降低我国IMR水平提供科学依据。方法]以全国116个妇幼卫生监测点为调查现场,收集监测点的IMR和社会、经济、教育、交通通信、社会保障、卫生以及人口等社会经济发展指标数据,通过灰色关联分析影响我国及不同地区IMR下降的主要因素。结果]经济发展较好的地区影响和制约IMR的主要因素是卫生资源的配置、卫生服务的利用和流动人口管理,而经济发展较差的地区主要的制约因素是经济发展状况和居民收入。结论]影响我国IMR的因素众多,各种因素对不同地区IMR影响的程度、方式、途径都有各自特点。为进一步控制和降低我国的IMR,应抓住各地存在的主要问题,制定具有针对性的政策和措施。

GREY RELATION ANALYSIS ON THE INFLUENTIAL FACTORS OF INFANT MORTALITY RATE IN CHINA

ObjectiveTo study the main influencing factors of the infant mortality rate(IMR)in china,in order to provide scientific evidence for instituting effective policy for lowering IMR.MethodsThe 116 maternal and child health surveillance regions were chosen as the study sites.The regional data on society,economy,education,communication,social insurance,hygiene and demography status were collected.The grey relation analysis was applied to find out the main factors influencing IMR level in different areas.ResultsIMR of the coastal and rich areas decreased more rapidly than that of other areas.In rich areas,allocation of health resources,utilization of health service and management of fluid population were the main factors influencing IMR level and tendency.In poor areas,on the other hand,regional economic status and income were the main influential factors.ConclusionsIMR is affected by multiple factors.In different areas,the factors influence IMR by different styles and ways,at different extent.In order to control and lower IMR in China,the government should make out applicable measures to solve key problems which limit declination of IMR.
