| 摘 要： | 室性快速心律失常导致的心性猝死是常见的心血管疾病,每年造成许多患者死亡。植入型心律转复除颤器(ICD)是纠正室性快速心律失常的有效手段。本文对植入型心律转复除颤器的历史、适应证、手术选择、疗效及并发症等多方面进行了论述,在肯定了ICD作用的同时,也指出了一些有待改进之处。

| Abstract: | Sudden cardiac death caused byventricular tachyarrhythmia is a common car-diovascular disease. Many patients died of itevery year. Implantable cardioverter defibril-lator (ICD) is a promising way in correctingventricular tachyarrhythmia. This paper intro-duced and discussed the history, indication,selection of operation, effects, and complica-tion of ICD. It not only confirmed the effects ofICD, but also pointed out things that needed tobe improved. |
