| 摘 要： | 目的了解高三学生乙型肝炎病毒的感染及肝功能状况，为对高中生预防乙肝采取相应的措施提供参考。方法对宝安区高考体检的高三年级3742名学生采取空腹静脉血，用ELISA法检测HBsAg，用速率法测定丙氨酸氨基转移酶，进行统计分析。结果HBsAg阳性393人，总阳性率为10．50％。男生HBsAg阳性率（11．75％）高于女生（9．05％）（Χ^2=7．21，P〈0．01）；男生和女生的血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶阳性率分别为2．69％和0．92％，二者差异有显著性（Χ^2=15．82，P〈0．001）。结论在高中生中HBV感染率仍较高，男生感染率显著高于女生，并且男生丙氨酸氨基转移酶阳性率也显著高于女生，表明男生是高中和高校防治乙肝的重点对象。

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the infectious status of hepatitis B virus (HBV) and liver functions and provide reference for control of HBV. Methods Blood samples were taken from 3 742 senior high school students. The HBV surface antigen(HBsAg) was determined by ELISA and the serum levels of ALT were determined by IFCC recommended method. Results The total HBsAg positive rate was 10.50%, and the HBsAg or ALT positive rate in males was significantly higher than that in the females(P<0.01 or P<0.001). Conclusion The positive rate of HBV is still higher in senior high school and the infection rate of HBV is higher in males than that of the females. Thus effective measures be taken to reduce the infection rate of HBV and protect the health of middle school students. |
