| 摘 要： | 目的：观察透明质酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗骨关节病的效果及护理措施。方法：对62例膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用透明质酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗,每次2ml,每周1次,持续4次为1疗程,做好心理护理,落实告知制度,严格执行无菌技术操作原则,进行适当的功能锻炼。结果：62例均获随访,时间3～11个月,平均5.6个月。采用Lysholm评分标准评定疗效,总有效率达74.1%。结论：透明质酸钠膝关节腔内注射并落实相应的护理措施,能有效缓解膝关节骨性关节病的临床症状。
