| 摘 要： | 1983～1985年间,应用空肠间置肝管十二指肠吻合术重建胆道25例。为了解其疗效及对小儿生长发育的影响,进行随访。随访内容包括临床症状和特殊检查。初次随访时间平均2.4年,无症状者占58.3％,本次平均7.5年,无症状者占77.8％。全部患儿生长发育如常,精神发育良好,正常学习、活动。本手术的远期效果尚属满意。 |

| Abstract: | Twenty five children with congenital biliary dilatation were treated with hepatico-jejuno-duodenostomy following excision of choledochal cysts between 1983 and 1985. The age ranged from two months to eleven years. The last follow-up ranged from 6-9 years (mean 7.5 years). All patients were free of jaundice with normal growth and development and none had peptic ulcer. The results from the last follow-up was better than that of the first one. This procedure was safe, effective and physiologically appealing. |
