急性重度有机磷中毒致心房纤颤18例分析

本文报告分析了１８例急性重度有机磷中毒患者发生心房纤颤的病历，年龄１６～４０岁，１８例病人均为急诊室未治疗前经心电图证实，１０例使用强心药物，余均在救治有机磷中毒的过程中转为窦律，此１８例病人既往无心房纤颤及心脏病史。分析提示：有机磷中毒使体内乙酰胆碱，儿茶酚胺浓度增高及毒物对心脏的毒性作用，而发生心房纤颤，积极抢救有机磷中毒，可使房颤转律。

Atrial Fibrillation due to Severe Acute Organic Phosphorus Poisoning

cases of atrial fibrillation(AF) were observed in 336 cases of acute organic phosphorus poisoning patients.The incidence was 5.3 percent.The 18 cases were patients with severe phosphorus poisoning.The AF lasted for ten minutes to forty seven hours. Normal sinus rhythms was restored with Cedilanid or without any antiarrhythmic therapy.The prognosis of AF is good,if proper treatment for the primary disease is given.The mechanisms of AF may be related to increased acetylcholine and catecholamine as well as the direct toxic damage of the organic phosphorus on the myocardium.
