| 摘 要： | 目的 观察无创呼吸机治疗COPD并呼吸衰竭的疗效.方法 选取慢性阻塞性肺疾病52例,随机分为观察组、对照组.对照组给予常规疗法,观察组：在对照组基础上,给予无创呼吸机治疗.比较治疗前、治疗后72 h两组的血气分析.结果 两组治疗后72 h与治疗前比较,均有明显好转现象（P＜0.01）;观察组在血气分析各项指标中,好转情况较对照组明显（P＜0.01）.结论 使用无创呼吸机治疗COPD并呼吸衰竭,能够减少插管率和死亡率,提高患者的生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective Observation of non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of COPD and respiratory failure. Methods 52 cases of to select chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received conventional therapy, the observation group： on the basis of the control group, given the treatment of non-invasive ventilationl Comparing pre-treatment, after treatment, 72 h two sets of blood gas analysis. Results After treatment, 72 h compared with before treatment were significantly improved phenomenon; observation group, blood gas analysis indicators improved compared with the control group was significantly （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The use of non-invasive ventilator treatment of COPD and respiratory failure, intubation rate and mortality can be reduced to improve the patient＇s quality of life. |
