实施社区护理干预对老年2型糖尿病患者的效果观察

目的 探讨分析对社区2型糖尿病患者应用护理干预的效果.方法 选取2011年1月-2011年6月期间我院所在社区确诊为2型糖尿病的患者120例,随机分为两组,对照组一般教育,观察组给予系统护理干预,干预6个月后观察比较两组患者相关生化指标改善情况和对疾病知识的掌握情况.结果 观察组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖改善情况明显优于对照组,对疾病知识的掌握明显优于对照组,且数据相比均具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 对社区糖尿病患者应用护理干预可以有效干预患者的血糖控制和提高疾病自我管理能力,有效控制疾病,减少并发症的发生,值得推广.
