| 摘 要： | 目的总结大疱性类天疱疮（bullous pemphigoid,BP）的临床特点和治疗经验。方法对54例BP住院患者的临床表现、实验室检查结果和临床疗效进行回顾性分析。结果中症BP患者糖皮质激素有效控制剂量（以泼尼松为标准量）为（1.08±0.41）mg/（kg·d）,重症BP患者有效控制剂量为（1.48±0.34）mg/（kg·d）,两者之间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论系统使用糖皮质激素仍是目前治疗BP的首选疗法,可联合免疫抑制剂应用治疗BP。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical features and effective treatment for bullous pemphigoid.Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 54 cases with bullous pemphigoid from 2004 to 2009.Results The dose of corticosteroids in severe cases prednisone(1.48±0.34) mg/(kg·d) used to control lesions was much higher than that in moderate cases(1.08±0.41) mg/(kg·d)(P<0.01).Conclusion Systemic corticosteroids were the major treatment for bullous pemphigoid,in combination with further immunosuppressive agents can help control disease activity sufficiently. |
