| 摘 要： | 目的分析体重指数与2型糖尿病患者自我健康管理的关系。方法以2010年1~12月我院内分泌科住院的285例患者为研究对象,入院后第2天进行人体测量、生化的实验室检查,分为初诊糖尿病组NDM组（n=111）和非初诊糖尿病组ODM组（n=174）。根据体重指数,分为初诊糖尿病组N1组（n=53）、N2组（n=58）,非初诊糖尿病组O1组（n=85）和O2组（n=89）。结果非初诊糖尿病组营养不足（8.0%）和肥胖（15.5%）的发生率高于初诊组[4.5%和9.0%]。超重和肥胖与2型糖尿病的三酰甘油、血压、胰岛素抵抗指数和β细胞功能呈正相关,与血红蛋白、胰岛素敏感性和高密度胆固醇负相关。结论体重是衡量糖尿病患者长期自我健康管理的重要指标。
