复方芎芪胶囊治疗代谢综合征的临床观察

目的观察复方芎芪胶囊对代谢综合征患者血糖、血压、血脂的影响。方法将60例代谢综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组按常规方法行降压、降糖、调脂治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服芎芪胶囊,疗程3个月,观察两组治疗前后血糖、血压、血脂的指标变化。结果治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);与对照组相比,治疗组治疗后的血糖、血压明显减低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论本研究结果提示,芎芪胶囊对代谢综合征具有降糖、降脂、降压作用,其机制与中医药整体调节作用有关。*

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON THE EFFECT OF XIONGQI CAPSULE IN TREATING PATIENTS WITH METABOLIC SYNDROME

Objective To assess the effectiveness of Xiongqi Capsule on patients with metabolic syndrome.Methods Sixty patients were randomly selected to the treatment or control group(each group contains 30 members).The treatment group received routine medicine combined with Xiongqi Capsule and the control group received routine medicine for 3 months.Blood pressure,the plasma glucose,TG were measured before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment group got a better effective rate(90% VS 60%,P<0.01),The treatment group was also experienced a significant reduction in blood pressure and TG compared with the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The results suggested that the effectiveness of Xiongqi Capsule on hyperglycemia,hyperlipidimia,and hypertension in patients with Metabolic Syndrome are mainly due to the theory of holistic regulation in TCM.
