| Abstract: | This article made a discussion on the problems concerned with personnel system reform of health institutions, such as division of the functions of administrative work and health professional work, adoption of appointment's personnel system, the basic work of personnel system reform and the problems that attentions should be paid to in the process of personnel system reform, and provided countermeasures to resolve these problems. |
