中学生物质滥用及艾滋病相关知识和行为分析

目的：为了解重庆市中学生对物质滥用、艾滋病的认知和对成瘾物质(毒品、镇静催眠药、烟草、酒精)的滥用情况。方法：采用问卷调查对重庆市931名在校高一年级中学生进行调查。结果：90％以上的中学生对物质滥用及其危害的知识了解全面，但对吸烟、饮酒所致疾病不太清楚；大多数对艾滋病传播途径有错误、模糊认识。有266名中学生曾尝试过成瘾物质，其原因主要是好奇模仿和为缓解学习压力。结论：重视和加强学校健康教育与心理辅导，使学生真正认识到物质滥用、艾滋病对社会和个人的危害，从而在中学生中杜绝物质滥用，预防艾滋病以确保中学生的身心健康。

ANALYSIS OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND AIDS-RELATED CONCEPTION AND BEHAVIOR AMONG STUDENTS IN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Objective:To know the conception of the substance abuse and AIDS and the behavior among students in senior high school in Chongqing.Methods: 931 students in senior high school were investigated with questionnaire including the conception and behavior of substance abuse and AIDS in three schools. Results:90% students in senior high school had knowledge about the conception of substance abuse and its' harm,but hadn't much more knowledge about the disease caused by smoking and drinking;Students had wrong knowledge about the dissemination of AIDS.266 students had ever tried the addicted substance,the main reasons were curious imitation and relieving the pressure. Conclusion: It is necessary to strength the school health education,and make students to really know the harm of substance abuse and AIDS to individual and society,then eliminate the substance abuse,prevent the occurrence of AIDS,and promote the physical and mental well-being of students.
