| 摘 要： | 目的 分析中山市流动人口疟疾流行状况，为制定疟疾预防控制措施提供依据。方法 用回顾性流行病学方法对中山市1988－2001年外来流动人口疟疾流行情况进行分析。结果 14年间流动人口疟疾发病率波动在0.70/10000-48.01/10000之间，年均发病率为12．35／10000。疟疾发病有明显的季节性和地方性聚集性。患年龄主要为20－40a，职业以采石，建筑，代耕为主，工厂以民工为主。病原以间日疟为主，占99．89％。爆发流行主要与存在传疟媒介，外来民工居住场所蚊虫孳生地多，民工缺乏自我保护意识等因素有关。结论 流动人口是引发中山市疟疾流行的主要原因。
