| Abstract: | Because practice nurses lack knowledge of occupational hazardous factors and protection consciousness,the standardized protection countermeasures for them should be made and implemented. It is necessary to enhance the cognition of occupational hazards among practice nurses,strengthen the occupational protection consciousness,improve education and management of occupational safety,and prevent occupational hazardous factors and nosocomial infection,in order to ensure physical and mental health of practice nurses. |
