| 摘 要： | 目的探讨周围型小细胞肺癌(PSCLC)的早期诊断和外科治疗方法.方法回顾性分析16例周围型小细胞肺癌的诊疗经过.结果7例局限期患者行手术治疗;术后均予以化疗或化疗 放疗.局限期患者中位生存期16个月.结论周围型小细胞肺癌早期易发生转移,关键在于早期诊断和多种治疗措施的联合有序应用.对于诊断明确的局限期周围型小细胞肺癌,术前化疗、根治性手术、术后化疗或放化疗的联合有序应用是提高疗效的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the early diagnosis and progression in surgical treatment of peripheral small cell lung cancer (PSCLC). Methods Analyze 16 cases PSCLC retrospectively. Results Operations on 7 cases of limited stage PSCLC were performed. The mid-survival period of was 16 months. Conclusions PSCLC tends to early metastasis; the key is early diagnosis and combined treatment which should be used ordinaly. For limited stage PSCLC which has been diagnosed clearly, the key of how to improve treatment efficiency is that preoperative chemotherapy radical pneumonectomy postoperative chemotherapy or chemoradiotherapy should be used seguentially. |
