玻璃酸钠抑制骨关节固定造成的兔膝关节退行性改变的实验研究

摘    要:采用关节长时间固定的方法造成兔膝关节面软骨的退行性改变的骨关节炎模型,考察关节腔内长期多次注射玻璃酸钠对这种退行性变化的抑制和改善作用。结果表明:玻璃酸钠对处于病变条件下的软骨具有保护作用,可抑制关节长时间固定对兔膝关节面软骨的退行性改变。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to evaluate the protective effects of sodium hyaluronate (SH) on rabbit's knee joint degeneration induced by long-term immobilization. The results suggested that degenerative changes occured in cartilage and synovial membrane resulted from long-term immobilization could be inhibited or improved by long-term intra-articular injection of SH.
