| 摘 要： | 目的探讨舒适护理在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中的护理效果。方法将80例行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组实施舒适护理模式,对照组进行传统护理模式,比较2者的护理效果。结果观察组患者术前焦虑、术后主观舒适度、护理满意度等方面明显比对照组好,差异存在显著性（P〈0.05）。结论舒适护理可降低行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者术前的焦虑,提高术后舒适度和对护理质量的满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in the applied research on patients with hysteromyoma ectomy by laparoscope.Methods 80 cases of patients were divided randomly into the investigation group（40 cases） and the control group（40 cases）.The former took the comfortable nursing,the latter used traditional nursing,and then their nursing efficacy were observed and compared.Results The nursing efficacy of investigation group were better than that of the control group,it was a significant difference between the two group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The comfortable nursing can reduce the preoperative anxiety of patients. with hysteromyoma ectomy by laparoscope,promote postoperative comfort and satisfaction to nurses. |
