| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗对小儿支气管哮喘免疫功能的影响及临床疗效。方法:120 例患儿随机分为治疗组62 例和对照组58 例。2 组均采用解痉平喘药、皮质激素,必要时用抗生素和抗病毒药,发作期治疗3日,缓解期治疗2 个月。治疗组在此基础上加用中药水煎服,每日1 剂,疗程与西药相同。结果:治疗组总有效率93.5% 显著优于对照组 62.1% (χ2 = 14.86,P< 0.01)。治疗组治疗后 T 细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8 和CD16)及免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA)均较治疗前显著增高(P 均< 0.01),与对照组治疗后比较亦均有显著性增高(P均< 0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘可显著提高患儿的免疫功能,促进气道炎症吸收,改善肺部微循环,提高临床疗效
