肾虚型绝经综合征妇女生存质量分析

目的对肾虚型绝经综合征患者进行调查研究,分析其生存质量现状以及与中医证候的相关性.方法以现场问卷调查的方式对424名患者进行调查,分析绝经综合征肾虚证候的不同症状的出现率;对中医证候量表记分及生存质量量表总记分及其4个维度进行相关分析;对不同绝经时段患者生存质量进行比较分析.结果①本研究中患者的主要临床表现为血管舒缩功能紊乱、精神神经系统和骨骼运动系统等症状,绝经综合征主症以及肾虚的典型症状的出现率较高.心理和生理症状有较好的相关性.②中医证候记分越高,绝经综合征患者的生存质量越差.③绝经后患者的生存质量较绝经前普遍较差;肾阴虚患者在性生活维度方面,肾阳虚患者在生理症状维度方面,绝经前后有显著性差异.结论绝经综合征患者的生存质量状况欠满意,随绝经年限的增长生存质量有下降趋势.中医证候与生存质量有较好的正相关,具有不同中医证候期的患者,生存质量的维度变化有一定的差别.

Analysis on Living Quality of Women with Perimenopausal Syndrome of Kidney Deficiency Type of TCM

Objective To analyze the living quality of patient with perimenopausal syndrome (PS) and its correlation with TCM symptom types. Method To investigate 424 patients aged from 45-55 with questionnaires. Their living quality were analyzed with the Chinese translation of Menopause-Specific Quality of Living. Results 1. There was a higher appearance rate of PS and typical symptoms of kidney deficiency in patients, and a better correlation between their psychic symptoms and physical ones. 2. Those with higher scores in TCM symptom types had worse living quality. 3. The patients had worse living quality after suffering menopause than before. There was a significant difference in the dimension of sex life of patient with kidney-yin deficiency before and after suffering menopause, and there was also a significant difference in the dimension of physical symptoms of patient with kidney-yang deficiency before and after suffering menopause. Conclusion The PS patients has a bad living quality. Their living quality are tending to worse with the increase of the number of menopause years. There is a better direct correlation between TCM symptom types and living quality. The patients with different TCM symptoms have different dimension of living quality.
