摘    要:目的 测定苄达赖氨酸滴眼液的含量和有关物质。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:DiamonsilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)流动相:乙腈:1%醋酸(50:50)。结果苄达赖氨酸对照品在25~250mg·L^-1范围内峰面积与浓度具有良好的线性关系。回归方程为Y=2223X+538.78,相关系数为R^2=0.9993。结论所用方法简便、准确,可用作苄达赖氨酸及其滴眼液的含量测定及有关物质的检查。

Abstract:Aim To determine the related substances of bendazac lysine eye drops.Method HPLC was adopted.The column was Dikma Diamonsil TM C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-1%HAC(50∶50).Results It had good linearity range from 25 mg·L-1 to 250 mg·L-1.The regression equation is Y=2223X+538.78,and the correlation coefficient is 0.9993.Conclusion The method shows high sensitivity and accuracy,and be used to determine the related substances of bendazac lysine eye drops.
