| 摘 要： | 目的：评价苯磺酸左氨氯地平的降压机制及其治疗高血压病的研究进展，以供临床医师合理用药参考。方法：查阅近年来国内、外的相关文献资料，进行归纳和分析。结果与结论：苯磺酸左氨氯地平的安全性和有效性被大量的临床研究所证实，已成为治疗高血压病的基本药物之一。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To review the mechanism and research progress on 1 - amlodipine besylate for hypertension so as to provide references for clinician in rational drug use. METHODS： Recent pertinent literature both at home and abroad was reviewed and analyzed. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The clinical efficacy and safety of 1 - amlodipine besylate have been confirmed by considerable clinical researches, and it has already become one of the basic drugs for the treatment of hypertension. |
