化疗患者对相关知识需求的调查分析

目的了解化疗患者对相关知识的需求情况，为制定有针对性的个性化、规范化的健康教育计划提供参考依据，为护士实施预见性护理提供依据。方法对60例化疗患者进行问卷调查。结果53％的患者对化疗相关知识的需求高，47％的患者对知识需求较高。患者最想了解的前5项知识为：治疗的效果，自己的健康状况及疾病的发展，如何保护血管，如何配合治疗，如何合理安排生活。最受化疗患者欢迎的健康宣教方式有：健康手册，与医护交谈，专题讲座，与病友交流。结论化疗患者对化疗相关知识的需求很强烈，护理人员应根据患者的个体差异开展针对性的、形式多样的健康教育。

Investigation on Knowledge Demands of Patients with Chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the knowledge demands of patients with chemotherapy and provide information for establishing focused,individulized and standarized health education plan.
