| 摘 要： | 通过对４８例原发性高血压病人围手术期血压、心率的观察，发现在手术后４ｈ收缩压开始升高，与手术前比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），舒张压在术后１２ｈ开始升高，与术前比较有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），而心率在手术后１ｈ即加快（Ｐ＜０．０５）。分析可能与术后交感肾上腺系统、肾素－血管紧张素系统激活或术后输液过多过快等因素有关。就引起血压升高的因素提出护理要点。

| Abstract: | Perioperative blood pressure (Bp)and heart rate(HR)changes of 48 patients with essential hyprtension were observed.It was found that the systolic pressure started to increased at h 4 after operation and difference was significant as compared with that before operation(P<0.05),and the diastolic pressure started to increase at h 12 after operation,and difference was significant as compared with that before operation(P<0.05).and HR started to speed up at h 1 after operation(P<0.05).It is thought that these changes are relative to postoperative activation of sympathetic adrenergic system and renin-angiotensin system.Moreover,the nursing main points are suggested with regard to the various causes inducing Bp increase. |
