盆腔脓肿38例治疗分析

目的探讨盆腔脓肿的治疗方法。方法对38例盆腔脓肿患者在使用抗生素的情况下,采用开腹手术36例,2例采用阴道后穹窿切开引流术。术后随访观察疗效。结果38例患者体温、白细胞均恢复正常,下腹痛症状消失,膀胱直肠刺激症状缓解,随访症状明显缓解,全身及妇科检查、B超检查无异常发现。结论对盆腔脓肿的治疗应及早足量应用广谱抗生素及对厌氧菌有效的药物联合治疗,经治疗症状及体征有好转但仍有肿块者应及早手术,且术后药物巩固治疗,治疗效果佳。

Clinical analysis of 38 cases of pelvic abscess

Objective To explore treatment methods of pelvic abscesses.Methods In 38 cases with pelvic abscess,36 cases were perform with the operation of abdomen sectioning,2 cases were perform with posterior fornix incision and drainage.Meanwhile all patients were treated with antibiotic.Therapeutic effect was observed.Results Temperature and white blood cell of all patients were normal post-operation.Hypogastralgia vanished,cystido-rectum irritation was relieved.The symptom was relieved significantly when followed up.There has no abnormalities by general physical checkup,gynecologic examination and transonogram.Conclusion For Pelvic abscess patients,comprehensive treatment should be carried out involving the application of broad-spectrum antibiotic and valid medicine of anti-oxygen germ in the early period of disease.After being treated improvement would be made in terms of symptom and sign.But for those who still have lumps,surgical operation should be performed as early as possible,and antibiotics should be used even after the operation to gain better effect.
