叶薛二氏论治湿温之异同

Analysis the similarities and differences of the treatment of Damp-Warm syndrome between YE and XUE

Damp-Warm syndrome is a common clinical,more of a special type of temperature heat disease.It was compared the ideas andmethods on the treatment of Damp-Warm syndrome disease between YE Tian-shi and XUE Xue,to analyze the similarities and differences of pathogenesis,dialectical thinking and medication methods.There were proposed to emphasize on the violationson human by wet evil and hot evilandon the change and prognosis of the disease by physical differences in patients.It was focused on tongue diagnosis.Syndrome differentiation and treatment were based on the triple burner diagnosis and combined theorgans,exterior and interior diagnosis.There were proposed to divide wet evil and hot eviland balance yin and yang,and to use light and floating medicine forwet febrile disease therapy.This article is intended to provide a theoretical basis,to uphold pathogenesis andrandom coordinatefor the treatment of Damp-Warm syndromein order to enhance clinical efficacy.
