不同分娩体位对分娩结局的影响

目的:通过对临床孕妇进行体位管理,探讨其在产程进展、产后出血、分娩方式、新生儿窒息等方面的临床效果。方法:选择住院分娩的单胎头位,无严重妊娠合并症及并发症的初产妇400例,随机分为实验组和对照组各200例,实验组产程进入活跃期者选择以坐、蹲、站等立位为主的分娩方式,对照组采取传统卧位分娩。结果:通过临床观察选择以坐、蹲、站为主的分娩方式能有效矫正胎方位,缩短产程,减少产后出血量,减少胎儿窘迫和新生儿窒息的发生。结论:立位为主的分娩方式是促进自然分娩的更人性化、更有效的分娩方式。

The effect of different delivery position on birth outcome

Objective:By researching the posture management of clinical pregnant women,to explore the clinical effect in the aspect of birth process,postpartum hemorrhage,delivery mode,neonatal asphyxia and so on.Methods:400 pregnant who were hospital deliveries,single birth,head position,primipara without serious pregnancy complications were divided into experiment group and contrast group at random.Orthostatic delivery such as sitting,standing,squatting was choose in experiment group and the traditional way was choose in contrast group.Results:By orthostatic deliver,the birth process could be shorten,the accident of postpartum hemorrhage and fetal distress and the rate of neonatal asphyxia could be reduced,the fetal position could be corrected.Conclusion:Orthostatic delivery is a more humanized and more effective way to promote natural childbirth.
