农村育龄妇女乳腺疾病流行病学调查分析

目的:了解安徽省农村育龄妇女乳腺疾病的患病情况,并对相关因素进行分析,为妇女保健工作提供依据。方法:在保证市级代表性的基础上,分层、整群抽取54400例已婚妇女,采用先集中后入户的调查方式进行乳腺疾病相关问卷调查、乳房触诊及红外线检查等。结果:调查的53286例妇女中,患有不同类型的乳腺疾病者5697例,患病率为10.69%,包括的乳腺疾病依次是乳腺增生(9.39%)、纤维腺瘤(0.65%)、乳腺癌(0.03%);影响因素包括年龄、职业、学历、家庭年均收入、月经周期、月经量、痛经、引流产史、流产次数。结论:应加强农村育龄妇女乳腺疾病的预防工作,积极开展健康教育,提高妇女自我保健意识。

Epidemiological investigation and analysis on breast diseases among rural women at reproductive age

Objective:To understand the prevalence and related factors of breast diseases among rural women at reproductive age,provide a basis for maternal health care.Methods:54 400 rural married women were surveyed by a stratified-cluster-random sampling method,breast examination and X-red scanning check were conducted in two steps:converging at the clinics,then visiting their households.Results:A total of 5 697 cases of different types of breast diseases among the 53 286 women were diagnosed,the prevalence rate was 10.69%,including hyperplasia of mammary glands (9.39%),fibroadenoma (0.65%) and breast cancer (0.03%),respectively. The risk factors included age,professions,education background,income per year,menstrual cycle,menstrual flow,dysmenorrheal,the history of abortion and the number of abortion.Conclusion:The prevention of breast diseases among rural married women should be enhanced,active health care education and their consciousness should be strengthened.
