中西医结合治疗卵巢过度刺激综合征的实验研究

目的:观察中西医结合治疗大鼠卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)模型的疗效,探讨其作用机制,从而为临床上进一步治疗开拓新的途径。方法:将未成年雌性Wistar大鼠66只,皮下注射孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)和人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)制成OHSS模型,随机分为中西医结合组、中药组、西药组和空白对照组4组,中西医结合组采用自拟参芪利水汤和吲哚美辛灌胃,中药组用自拟参芪利水汤灌胃,西药组用吲哚美辛灌胃,空白对照组为空白对照。1周后检测各组外周血雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的含量,采用免疫组化方法观察大鼠卵巢黄体和子宫内膜中VEGF和IL-6的表达。结果:中西药结合组腹水亚甲蓝(EB)含量和血清中E2、VEGF和血浆IL-6含量以及卵巢黄体和子宫内膜中VEGF和IL-6蛋白表达均低于中药组、西药组和空白对照组(P<0.05)。但中药组和西药组在统计学上无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗OHSS疗效较好。

Experimental study on the treatment of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome by com-bination of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine

Objective:To observe the effect of combination of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine on rats with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS),explore the mechanisms,exploit a new therapy.Methods:66 female underage Wistar rats were made into OHSS models by pregnant mare serum gonadotrophin and human chorionic gonadotropin hypodermically,then they were divided into combination of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine group (combination group),traditional chinese medicine group,western medicine group and control group,the rats in combination group were treated by ginseng and astragalus diuresis soup and indometacin,the rats in traditional chinese medicine group were treated by ginseng and astragalus diuresis soup,the rats in western medicine group were treated by indometacin.The levels of estrogen,progesterone,vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and interleukin-6 in peripheral blood were detected after one week,while the expression levels of VEGF and interleukin-6 in corpus luteum and endometrium of rats were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results:The levels of EB in ascites and estrogen,VEGF in serum and IL-6 in blood plasma and VEGF,IL-6 in corpus luteum and endometrium in combination group were significantly lower than those in traditional chinese medicine group,western medicine group and control group (P<0.05),but there was no difference between traditional chinese medicine group and western medicine group (P>0.05).Conclusion:Combination of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine is a good method in treating OHSS.
