超声引导下经腹绒毛活检在产前诊断中的价值

目的:研究孕早期经腹绒毛活检用于地中海贫血基因分析,评价TA-CVS在产前诊断中的应用价值。方法:对72例孕11~13周需行地中海贫血产前诊断的孕妇施行超声引导下经腹绒毛活检,抽取绒毛并行地贫基因分析。结果:取材成功率98.6%,自然流产1.40%,宫内感染0,未出现肢端缺损。继续妊娠孕妇中的30例孕20周后行羊水细胞DNA地贫基因分析结果与绒毛分析结果完全一致。结论:妊娠9周后经腹绒毛活检是一项安全可行的介入性产前诊断方法,可用于早孕期地中海贫血产前诊断。

Application of ultrasound-guided transabdominal chorionic villus sampling in the prenatal diagnosis

Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and safety of prenatal diagnosis of thalassemia by Transabdominal chorionic villus sampling(TA-CVS) via the guidance of Ultrasound in fierst trimester of gestation.Methods:72 cases singleton pregnancies at Thalassemia high risk were referred from January 2005 to June 2007.Results:TA-CVS was performed in the 11-13 gestation weeks.The success rate at the first attempt was 98.6%.Post CVS spontaneous fetal loss rate was 1.40%.The intrauterine infection was 0.Conclusion:TA-CVS appears safe and feasible and can be offered in the prenatal diagnosis of thalassemia in fierst trimester of gestation.
