摘    要:目的:探讨丹参二萜醌对邻苯三酚自氧化反应产生的氧自由基的作用.方法:采用邻苯三酚自氧化法,在反应体系中加入适量丹参二萜醌类物质,于320nm下测邻苯三酚自氧化速率的变化.结果:反应体系中不加样品时,邻苯三酚自氧化速率(吸光值/秒)为0.0015;体系中样品浓度达到0.12 mmol/L时的抑制邻苯三酚自氧化速率分别是:丹参酮ⅡA为20.0%、隐丹参酮为53.3%、次甲丹参酮为40.0%.结论:一定浓度的丹参二萜醌类化合物对邻苯三酚自氧化反应有抑制作用,其抑制作用的大小与丹参二萜醌的结构有关.

Abstract:Object: To observe the oxygen derived free radicals scavenging of diterpenoid tanshinones by pyrogallol autoxidation systems. Methods: We added the right amount of diterpenoid tanshinones into the reactive medium of pyrogallol autoxidation, and measured the change in autoxidation rate of pyrogallol at 320nm. Results: Autoxidation rate of pyrogallol (absorbency/second) without any samples was 0.0015. When the sample concentration in the reactive system was at 0.12mmol/L, the percent inhibition of pyrogallol autoxidation rates were: tashinone IIA was 20.0%, cyptotashinone was 53.3%, methyltashinone was 40.0%, respectively. Conclusion: Diterpenoid tanshinones have inhibitory effects on autoxidation of pyrogallol. The inhibitory effects are relative to the structures of diterpenoid tanshinones.
