TUVP后患者状态焦虑及相关因素研究与护理

目的探讨老年前列腺增生症患者经尿道前列腺气化电切术 (TUVP)后患者的状态焦虑 (S AI)与相关因素的关系。方法描述性相关性研究方法 ,以调查问卷的形式进行。结果TUVP后S AI水平得分 5 2 .92±13.0 0 ,与全国常模比较 ,t=7.87,P <0 .0 0 1。以 9项相关因素对S AI进行逐步多元回归分析 ,α =0 .0 5水平上其正性情绪有三个因素进入回归方程 ,按作用大小排序 ,依次为体位的舒适度、引流液颜色的变化、尿管刺激 ;负性情绪有两个因素被选入 ,即尿管刺激和血压的变化。结论了解和掌握TUVP后影响患者S AI水平的相关因素 ,可更有效地帮助其应对焦虑、减轻焦虑的不良影响 ,从而促进临床治疗康复的进程 ,提高老年前列腺增生症患者术后的生存质量。

Research of related factors for patients with anxiety and it''''s nursing after TUVP

Objective To explore the status of anxiety (S AI ) of old patients with hyperplasia of prostate after TUVP and it's related factors. Method Descriptive co-relation research methodology was adapted to conduct questionnaire survey. Results The S AI score was 52.92+13.00 after TUVP, compared with national routine pattern, T equal to 7.87, P <0.001. multiple regression analysis of S AI with 9 factor, three mood factors, which a equal to 0.05, was take into , such as regression equation, there body's comfortable position, change of drainage color, urethra stimulateby rank. Two Positive mood factors were selected. Which is urinary canal stimulate and change in blood pressure. Conclusion Understand and master the related factors affecting patients' S AI level after TUVP, help them effectively relief anxiety and reduce anxiety's effect and improve the procedure of recovery after clinical treatment, these will improve the living quality for old patients with hyperplasia of prostate.
