| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃间质瘤的诊治方法。方法对10例胃间质瘤病例作回顾性总结分析。结果10例中，良性7例，交界性1例，恶性2例；经局部或胃大部切除术后，随访6个月～6年，全组病例均存活，无复发。结论依据病史及临床表现，结合胃镜、B超、CT等检查综合分析判断，可提高正确诊断率；手术是主要治疗方法，甲磺酸伊马替尼（Imatinib，格列卫）的疗效有待进一步观察。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To Study the treatment of gastric stromal tumors. Methods The data of 10 patients with gastric stromal tumors was analyzed retrospectively. Results In 10 patients,7 cases were benign, 1 was borderline,2 cases were malignant. After treated by partial or subtotal gastrectomy,all patients were followed up for 6 month - 6 years,all were survival. Conclusions Diagnosis of gastric stromal tumors should be based on patient＇s medical history and clinical menifetation and combined the examine of gastroscope, ultrasonic,CT etc. Operation is main treatment. |
