| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨女性面部慢性接触性皮炎患者的常见过敏原.方法 采用斑贴试验检查96例女性慢性面部接触性皮炎患者的过敏原.结果 96女性例接触性皮炎患者中斑贴试验阳性共83例（86.5%）,其中列前5位的分别是硫酸镍、芳香混合物、重铬酸钾、甲醛和硫柳汞.结论 斑贴试验是临床诊断面部接触性皮炎简单可靠的方法,可以协助患者找到过敏原,避免再次接触,从而达到预防复发的目的.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the allergens of female patients with chronic facial contact dermatitis. Methoods 96 female patients with chronic facial contact dermatitis were tested with patch test. Results 83 cases in96 patients showed positive（86.5 % ）. The top five allergens were nickle sulfate, fragrance mixture,kalium bichromicum, formaldehyde, thimemsal and P- phenylenediamine. Conclusion Patch test is a reliable and simple method for inspectionon female patients with chronic facial contactdermatitis. It helps patients to find allergens, prevents them from contacting allergens again and achieves theprophylaxis of recrudescence. |
